Pizigate+ v2 not working in Domoticz and not being able to upgrade

Hi,

I purchased a Pizigate+ v2 last week and I am trying to get it working properly in Domoticz using the Zigbee Domoticz plugin. I have the following setup:

Raspberry 4+ running Raspbian 11 (Bullseye) with a Pizigate+ V2.

Domoticz version 2023.1 (build 15099) and Zigbee for Domoticz plugin version 6.3.0.10.

I can run the PiZigate_test tool and get the following output:

RPI Model searching ...
All it's OK

+ /boot/cmdline.txt seems to be OK

When i try to flash a new version of firmware on the Pizigate (after setting the right GPIO commands) i get following output:

lqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqq NXP DK6 Device Programmer (Build 2282) qqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqk

Also, when looking at the Zigbee for Domoticz logs i see following:

Zigate-plugin: [ 70] I have hard time to get Coordinator Version. Mostlikly there is a communication issue

Question is what is going wrong? The Pizigate seems to react to the PiZigate_test tool but not to the programmer and not by the Domoticz plugin.

Thanks for the help!

Regards,

Mark

Hi,

the test procedure show that you use an other tool in same time with the PiZiGate. I think you did the test with domoticz on.

If you want to do the flash, you have to desactive domoticz to avoid conflict access. You have to do settings on GPIOs before each flash command.

The same things if you want to use PiZiGate on domoticz. You have to be sure that none of other tool use PiZiGate.

Fred
