Zigate backup

Hi!

i have been trying to make an backup of my zigate, but i dont get it, it doesnt work.

i have installed the NXP software on my win10 laptop, i have tried to use powershell and the cmd prompt, but it doenst work, i have used the guide on https://zigate.fr/2018/10/27/sauvegardez-et-restaurez-votre-zigate/

or is there any other more simple way to do the backup?
